Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders or stock delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST may begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or major promotions, processing may take longer.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time estimates depend on your shipping location and carrier selection.

* Once an order is shipped, carrier delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of order placement, please contact us at service@lifebalancesleep.com.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All contiguous United States

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (limited services, additional charges may apply)

  • International destinations supported by our carriers

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

LifeBalance Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or for any additional charges incurred.


6. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped and the carrier has taken possession, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or natural events;

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier; or

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your household members, neighbors, or local carrier office.
If still unresolved, contact us at service@lifebalancesleep.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


7. Address Changes

We can only update shipping addresses before your order has shipped.
Once an order is in transit, we cannot guarantee rerouting or redelivery.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at service@lifebalancesleep.com


8. Order Tracking Delays

Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
If you have not received updates within this period, please allow additional time for carrier scans, especially during holidays or peak seasons.


9. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or missing.
Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging in your email.

We will review your case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our return policy. 


10. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the shipping label has been created or the package has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.


11. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees or return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued for the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees.
